What single point responsibility actually means.
As your general contractor, Laurcon contracts directly with every trade, carries the insurance and bonding, manages the schedule and budget, and answers for the finished result.
If a framing dimension conflicts with a cabinet drawing, that is our problem to resolve. If a tile delivery slips, we adjust the schedule and tell you what it means. You are not left mediating between subcontractors who each blame the other.
