Framing and Structure
Crews who understand that a level, square, and plumb frame is what makes every finish trade that follows possible.
Leadership
At Laurcon, the person who signs your contract is the person who walks your site. Two generations of the Audette family lead every project from first conversation to final walkthrough.
Founder and President
Lance founded Laurcon Development and has led it for more than three decades. A graduate of San Diego State University and a fifth generation San Diegan, he has spent his entire career building in the county his family has called home for over a century.
Lance remains directly involved in every project Laurcon takes on. He is present for budget conversations, design coordination meetings, and the field decisions that determine whether a detail is merely acceptable or genuinely right.
His approach is straightforward. Take on a limited number of projects, staff them with tradesmen who share the same standard, and communicate honestly with the client at every step.
Site Superintendent
Connor recently joined Laurcon full time after graduating from San Diego State University, and has moved into the role of site superintendent. He is on the job site daily, managing trade sequencing, quality control, safety, and the flow of information between the field and the office.
He is also leading the adoption of new technology across the company, from digital documentation and progress reporting to tools that give clients a clearer real time view of their project.
The combination of a builder with thirty years of judgment and a superintendent who grew up around the work is what allows Laurcon to move quickly without losing precision.
The Extended Team
A builder is only as strong as the people holding the tools. Laurcon works with a select group of subcontractors and craftsmen, many of whom have been with us for the majority of their careers.
Crews who understand that a level, square, and plumb frame is what makes every finish trade that follows possible.
Cabinetmakers, stair builders, and finish carpenters whose work is measured in fractions rather than inches.
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and waterproofing specialists who detail for a marine climate.
Begin
Every Laurcon project begins with a conversation about the land, the vision, and the budget. There is no obligation and no pressure, only an honest read on what it will take to build well.
