Marina reinterprets Spanish architecture for a coastal site, keeping the warmth of the tradition while opening the plan far wider than the style historically allowed.
Building in that language demands trades who understand it. Plaster, tile, ironwork, and millwork were assigned to specialists Laurcon has worked with for years, and mockups were approved on site before full production began.
The backyard was designed as a second living room. Outdoor kitchen utilities, structural shade elements, and drainage were coordinated in a single set of documents rather than added after the fact, which is what keeps an outdoor space feeling built rather than assembled.
