This Rancho Santa Fe estate is the most ornamented project in the Laurcon portfolio and the clearest demonstration of what the company's trade relationships make possible.
Hand carved double doors, terracotta tile, and wrought iron were sourced and fabricated on long lead schedules that began during preconstruction. Waiting until permit issuance would have added months to the calendar.
The formal entry sets the tone and the inner courtyard resolves it. Between them sit six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and an eight car garage, all held together by old world detail executed with modern precision in layout, waterproofing, and mechanical systems.
An estate of this scale lives or dies on documentation. Every allowance, change, and selection was tracked in writing so the owners always knew where the budget stood.
