About this build
Pine Street asked a single lot to do three jobs at once. The main residence, a pool and yard, and a fully detached casita all had to coexist on a Coronado parcel with strict setbacks and a demanding review process.
Laurcon led the entitlement coordination alongside the design team, then built the casita and the main house on parallel but offset schedules so that trades were never stacked on top of one another in a confined yard.
The finished property gives the owners flexible guest accommodation, an outdoor living core, and a roof deck that captures the light and air Coronado is known for.
